Maintenance Cleaning: Recurrent Cleaning

This is a one-time cleaning package for home owners that are about to move in or move-out. All surfaces will be cleaned including baseboards, interior and exterior surfaces of cabinets/drawers, interior windows, blinds, light fixtures and doors, counter tops, appliances, as well as vacuuming and mopping floors.

Basic Maintenance:

Bathroom sanitizing, Kitchen surfaces and appliances, sweeping, vacuuming carpets and rugs, polishing wood floors, making up beds, emptying garbage, dusting, and dusting horizontal surfaces such as counters and tables, cleaning windows.

Premium Maintenance:
